5. Roadmap

From prototype to product

This project won’t end as a one‑off hackathon deliverable.

In the short term, we will focus on current issues: improve Mini App stability, enhance mobile UX, and strengthen error handling. These are essential steps to elevate the product from “PoC/demo” to a real “service.”

In the mid term, we will expand functionality beyond the gacha machine to control various IoT devices such as lighting and displays. We will also diversify pricing models — auctions, time‑limited exclusives, group purchases — and explore issuing NFTs as rewards to deepen integration with digital assets.

Our long‑term vision is to build a payment‑native hardware control system. As a platform that fuses IoT and blockchain, we aim for commercial deployment across live streaming, event operations, and even urban smart infrastructure.
